Bulletin
· In order to promote the prosperity and development of worldwide Chinese language teaching, and to advance the spreading of Chinese language and culture, HANBAN will hold "World Chinese Language Conference" in Beijing in July 2005. This big event will, taking "Chinese language development in a multi-cultural worldwide structure" as its theme, invite ministers of education from foreign-country governments, policy-makers and leading persons in Chinese language teaching, important officials and presidents from well-known universities, established sinologists and teachers. Leaders from Chinese government will attend the event too.
· The eighth "International Seminar of Teaching Chinese Language", one of the series activities of "World Chinese Conference", will be held in Beijing after the conference is over.
